Do you create invoices or arrange appointments?

No. We leave the day to day running of your practice entirely to you and your team

How did you choose your pricing system?

To suit the clinicians. Most have no trouble getting easy invoices paid. Initially we used a per hour charge for work done but most clinicians prefer a system that is directly linked to the amount collected.

Why do you not take cash?

Holding cash leads to disputes and problems of security. Also we do not handle your money directly, we do not hold client accounts. We accept cheques made out to individual clinicians and pass them on after they have been processed.

Why the delay of 42 days before you start dealing with unpaid invoices?

We are a safety net for your practice. Most of your invoices will be paid by 30 days in any event. We allow 12 days extra leeway before chasing your debts and starting to charge you a percentage. It is these older debts that take time and expertise to chase. That is what we are here for. Practices that are very efficient anyway find our service inexpensive and very helpful to take over where their staff get into difficulties with some non payers.

How do I collect my money?

Either the cheques comes to us and we collate them and send them to you or you pay them in on your database and we can see what has been paid in. Or you can pick them up (some doctors like the feel of the money!) or we can pay them into you bank and give you a printout of what has gone in. BACS are paid into your own account and we need details of what has been paid and when.

You mention different databases. Which do you prefer?

The choice really is yours. However web base systems such as Practice Manager are easier for us to interrogate and collate information from. We suggest you look at the different ones available and discuss with us.

How do I stop using you?

We ask for 4 weeks notice and payment for work done to date. We will disconnect from your database. Nothing else.

Is my data safe and confidential?

Absolutely and our staff will never divulge information on you, your patients, your income levels or other practice details. We are a medically run organization which we hope helps give you confidence in us.
