Our Charges

We charge less than a typical debt collection agency and provide a very personal and specialist service for consultants and private medical practices. These are the services we offer and our charges. You can choose a service that meets your needs. We are very flexible and will tailor the service to meet your requirements. There are no hidden charges and if we do not collect, you do not pay.

Our simple pricing options:

We offer three simple options 5% 10% or 15%.

1. 5% scheme

   To collect all money and chase late payers the fee is 5% of all income. To be eligible for this low cost scheme you need to be operating an on line computer financial system like Practice Manager.

2. 10% scheme

   Ideal if you receive most of your money on time but have some problems with late/non payers. Money coming in before 42 days (6 weeks) is collected free, any collected later than that is charged at 10%. To be eligible for this scheme you need to be operating an on line computer financial system like Practice Manager.

3. 15% scheme

   This scheme is designed for practices where you just want someone to chase your bad payers. Our Ad Hoc Debt Collection scheme is charged at 15%. You simply supply us with a list of debtors. There is no need for you to be operating and online system (but it would help!).

All invoicing charges attract VAT.
